The BugJam Event...

 The Bug Jam event is over, and what a Bug Jam it was! It was without a doubt the busiest event in Santa Pod’s history, and the Ridelow team got to experience the best bits of pitching a tent and providing the thrill seeking customers with something to take home.

Whether they took home some stylish protection from the sun, which thankfully set itself up to stay all weekend or whether they decided to treat themselves to something a little bigger with two wheels, all in all the atmosphere was electric.

The event ran all weekend and the entertainment was constantly flowing with music acts, comedy gigs, talent contests and of course the ultimate drag racing.

If you didn't turn up this time you should prepare yourselves for Bug Jam next year because it just gets better and better!

4Q Magazine Photoshoot (Ridelow Bike)

4Q magazine are a UK based and published magazine that feature music, comedy, culture, gaming, fashion and film. They also promote local events near your area and inform you where and when the next "big" event is. Just as you think it couldn't be more crammed with features they also have their very own "tell it like it is" little problem solvers.

Agony Aunts, Hansel and Gretel answer any complicated questions about life, relationships, friend troubles, etc and as of last week featured in a photo shoot with one of the Ridelow bikes to introduce their column space in the 4Q magazine.

Pauline Quirkes pops into Ridelow!

Recently, Emmerdale actress Pauline Quirkes has been busy promoting the diet she followed to lose stone's in weight taking her from 20stone down to 13stone.

She insists she is shedding the pounds without any surgical help as she didn’t like the look of ­“liposuction or gastric bands” and since she recently dropped by into the Ridelow Store to pick up Classic Cruiser Bike, we believe shes doing it by herself and will lose the last 2 stone in no time with the help of a Electra Cruiser Bike from us!

Brightons Paddle Round The Pier Event

Last weekend Brighton’s beach front was packed with extreme sports exhibitions, demonstrations and markets all wrapped around two days worth of music enticing those seeking thrills, activities and fun in the sun.

And the Ridelow team were set on their way to the event with a van full of Electra & Shwinn bikes, Volkon clothing, Nixon watches and the perfect accessory to accompany the warmest weekend in the Summer so far; Rayban's and Oakley glasses!

And yes, the van did break down several times out of bad luck but that could only mean things get better and they eventually made their way to Brightons beach front, set up the rather large stall and welcome the sand, sun and a rather large amount of people (which reportedly expected around 50,000 people to show up).

It was the best year Ridelow has had so far as well as the most charitable! Giving away a £350 bike to the Paddle in the Pier charity!

The next event Ridelow are attending is the Bug Jam festival at Santa Pod in Northamptonshire on 22nd-25th July which is celebrating it's 25th year. Bug Jam is said to have Drag Racing, RWYB, 4 Music Arenas, show & Shine, Comedy, Traders, Stunt Displays, Jet Car, Autojumble, Funfair and much, much more, Ridelow hope see you there !

Summer Events 2011

 The Summer events season is upon us once again for 2011. Last weekend the Ridelow team attended the Raleigh Chopper Owners Club meeting at Billing Aquadrome and once again it did not disappoint. If you are into Lowrider, Cruiser, Board tracker and Chopper bikes then this is an event for you to pencil in for next year!

The next two events for Ridelow will be the Paddle Round the Pier being held on 2nd/3rd July which is a charity event held every year on the seafront in Brighton and is Europe’s biggest FREE beach and watersports festival !
