More Happy Customers

We just keep doing it....every time. Customers buy their bikes from Ridelow and we like to photograph them as they ride away to enjoy their purchase. It is always a pleasure to see a happy, smiling face and these two recent visitors to store are no exception. You can even see our master bike technician, Mark, in the background. He builds all of our bikes and puts as much care and attention into making every single one of them just right as he does into looking after his own bike.

First off is George Albion on his brand new Electra Coastal Cruiser. Great Bike George.....and a big beaming smile.

Next, Sharon bought her bike a few days ago and rode in to say hello. Its a magnificent Pashley Britannia Blue and Mark was on hand to see how happy our customers are with their purchase.

With a spanner in hand at all times, Mark looked over the bike, checked out his work, and then had time to pose for a photograph. An excellent choice of bike too, that wicker basket looks cool. All it needs now is a rear rack......and guess what......Mark will fit it for you.

Five Point Plan to Save Up to 50%

Lookin' to save up to 50% on a bike this summer? Ridelow can help.. We are registered with a number of Tax free cycle schemes including CYCLESCHEME, BIKES2WORKSCHEME and BIKES FOR NHS.

To qualify for a bike under this scheme, there is a very simple five point plan to follow:
  1. Get your employer signed up to the CycleScheme. If your employer isn;t signed up then direct your manager or HR department to the scheme.
  2. Once signed up, visit a bike shop to select a bike. We have a selection of the most popular bikes on the market for sale via our website or in store at Ridelow. Amongst the most popular bikes at the moment are Pashley, Electra, NS bikes and Lowrider. We will provide you with a written quote
  3. Go to your employer's special Cyclescheme web address to request a certificate. Your eligibility will be confirmed by the administrators of CycleScheme with your employer. You will be sent a hire agreement. An invoice will be sent to your employer and once the bike is paid you will be provided with a certificate.
  4. Bring your certificate to Ridelow and we will provide you with the bike you want. You just need to bring along some ID and your certificate.
  5. Your hire payments are deducted from your gross monthly salary. At the end of the hire period you may be given the opportunity to buy the bike for the market value, however this cannot be an automatic entitlement. Many employers opt for Cyclescheme to take ownership of the bikes at the end of the hire term, in which case any offer sale to the employee will come directly from Cyclescheme.
This is an excellent way to purchase a bike for a fraction of the cost. Ridelow has been an approved partner on this scheme for several years. The CycleScheme is made possible by the Government's Green Transport Plan which not only aims to reduce environmental pollution and promote healthier lifestyles but also make cycling to work a cost-effective option for employees. So, take advantage while it lasts.
